There are only a few plugs in the room. You could provide some plug boards, because everybody needs to charge something. (In my opinion breakfast is to expensive, for what you get.) But besides that the Hostel was great! Friendly Staff, helpful and everything was clean.
Perfect place for the weary traveler. The staff is very helpful and genuinely interested in your plans to make your stay in Paris the most beautiful, fun and comfortable.
The bathrooms in Room 110 really smelt horrible - I'm used to staying in hostels and understand that things aren't always going to smell the best, but this was next level bad. When I picked up my bag at 7pm, the woman who was behind the counter was super unfriendly and didn't want to stop watching videos on her phone to help me. Other than that, the rest of the staff were friendly and the hostel facilities were great.
Wonderful that our two rooms where right next to each other with its own entry.
Beautiful location, loved that there was a kitchen to stay in. Even though we arrived super late there was someone to welcome us. We had a really lovely time. Really good value for money. I would definitely come back again.
I cant read French so I have so I have put my answers in the centre. The hot water was not working from Saturday morning until Monday evening, a lot of people complained, it should have been fixed on the first day it was off, other than that it is a good hostel, and a good location, I will go again.
I cannot recommend this hostel as there was no hot water for 3 days.
What a great place! My only recommendation would be to make it more environmentally conscious and sustainable - I feel youth hostels should play a role in that! Other than that: cozy, superclean, great room, friendly staff (such a relief from the general unfriendliness in Paris). Keep it up! We hope to be back. Wim & Jan
Very good location just a few minutes walk from the sacre-couer and different metro stops to take you across the city. Staff were friendly and on reception 24/7 - the main door is always locked so you have to buzz in and we never had any issues with this. There is a nice outside area which we used once or twice. The rooms are very clean and a good size. We had a twin room with private bathroom and balcony. The balcony is just big double windows that open up - you can’t go outside but this was not an issue. Towels are not included but you can rent them from reception. Recommend going to watch the sunset from the sacre-couer and the night time entertainment that is provided up there - literally a 2 min walk away.
